Shipping Policy

At Rangoon Jewelry, we are dedicated to providing fast and reliable shipping to all of our customers.

1.  We offer shipping across UAE and GCC Countries. The shipping method can be selected at checkout. Shipping times and costs will vary based on the method selected.

2.  We will make reasonable steps to ensure a minimum delivery lead time from the order date. Shipping outside of GCC nations will be treated differently, and relevant identity documents will be required.

3.  Processing Orders will be within 3-5 business day upon confirmation of orders.

4.  Please include in time for payment approval, address verification, and order processing when determining delivery time. Once the order has been processed and is prepared for dispatch, we will email you a shipment notification in advance.

5.   Regarding anticipated delivery lead time, Fridays and UAE federal holidays will not be considered typical business days.

6.  International Orders – we do ship internationally. International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of the shipment is responsible for these fees.

7.  Each purchase is safeguarded by Rangoon while in transit and until it is delivered to you. Each Rangoon product delivery requires a signature from the recipient as confirmation of receipt and transfer of responsibility for the purchased products.

8. Damaged or Lost Items If an item is damaged during shipping or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@rangoonjewellery.com and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
