Refund Policy

At Rangoon Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange within 07 days of the original purchase date. We will not accept requests for exchange/refund after seven days from the date of the invoice.

1. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original, unused condition and must be returned in the original packaging. If the item is damaged or defective upon receive, we will also refund the original shipping cost.

To initiate a refund, please contact us at support@rangoonjewelry.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will then provide instructions for returning the item.

2. Exchanges to exchange an item, please contact us at support@rangoonjewelry.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange. We will then provide instructions for returning the original item and purchasing the new item.

3. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or defective.

4. Processing Time Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.

5. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
